N Plug (Male) to N Jack (Female) Adapter | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL ASL45-N1N25A/H44-H4 is a 45-degree angled N-type adapter designed for RF systems operating up to 6 GHz. It supports 50 Ω impedance with a VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss) and RF leakage ≥ 128 dB up to 1 GHz. Insertion loss is rated at ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. The adapter handles up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz under VSWR 1.0 conditions. It features insulation resistance ≥ 5,000 MΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 0.25 mΩ. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥ 450 N, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and recommended torque between 0.7–1.1 Nm.

The center contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while the insulator is PTFE and the gasket is silicone rubber. All materials are selected to ensure long-term durability and stable electrical performance.
