The ROSNOL AD-B2B25A-BH/H3-H3 is a robust bulkhead adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 4 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.20, insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 1.5 mΩ for the center and ≤ 1 mΩ for the outer contact. Electrical ratings include a test voltage of 1500 V rms, working voltage of 400 V rms, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. The bayonet-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles and axial captivation ≥ 15 N.Materials and plating: center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body, fastening nut, and washer are brass with nickel plating for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C.
