The ROSNOL AD-K2K25A/9X-9X is a high-performance adapter for precision RF connectivity. It supports DC to 40 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.03 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, working voltage 250 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque 0.80–1.10 Nm and test torque ≤ 1.70 Nm.Materials and plating are engineered for reliability: centre contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body in stainless steel passivated; insulator in PEI; gasket in silicone rubber; coupling nut in stainless steel passivated. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C.
