Description
TNC Plug (Male) Straight Cable Connector for RG 216, DC- 11 GHz, VSWR ≤ 1.3, 50 Ω, with Clamped Cable Entry.
The ROSNOL TNC1D50-G214A/1XX TNC Plug (Male) Connector is a 50 ohm RF coaxial connector engineered for dependable signal transmission in communication systems, antenna installations, test equipment, and industrial RF applications. Designed with a clamp and solder attachment structure, this TNC connector supports operation from DC to 11 GHz while delivering reliable electrical performance and secure cable retention. Its threaded coupling design helps maintain stable connections in environments where vibration resistance and long-term durability are important.
Constructed with a brass center contact featuring gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, the connector combines excellent conductivity with corrosion resistance. The body and coupling nut are manufactured from passivated stainless steel, while a PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket enhance electrical insulation and environmental protection. Key specifications include VSWR ≤ 1.3, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, insertion loss ≤ 0.06 × √F (GHz) dB, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz.
A major advantage of the TNC1D50-G214A/1XX is its broad cable compatibility. In addition to RG214, it supports RG213, RG8, RG9, RG11, RG225, RG393, RG144, RG215, and RG216 coaxial cables, making it suitable for a variety of RF infrastructure and system integration projects. With a screw-lock coupling mechanism, operating temperature range of -65°C to +165°C, and durability exceeding 500 mating cycles, this connector is an ideal choice for demanding RF and microwave applications.
