The ROSNOL TNC2CA50-G058A/9X is a TNC Jack (Female) straight bulkhead connector designed for panel-mounted RF cable assemblies. Operating from DC to 6 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, this connector provides VSWR ≤ 1.29 (Return Loss ≥ 17.95 dB), insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, and power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. The bulkhead mounting structure, screw-on coupling mechanism, and crimped cable entry provide dependable mechanical stability. The center contact supports both soldered and crimped termination methods and the connector is rated for at least 500 mating cycles.
The center contact is manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The stainless steel body features a passivated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance, while the fastening nut, washer, and crimp ferrule utilize brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. PTFE insulation and a silicone rubber gasket contribute to reliable RF performance. The connector is compatible with RG-58 and Times Microwave LMR-195 (Rosnol RNL 195) cable types.
