The SSMB1C59-G178A/911 SSMB Male Right Angle Connector is a compact 50 ohm RF connector designed for reliable signal transmission in space-constrained electronic and communication applications. Operating from DC to 3 GHz, this right-angle SSMB connector provides dependable RF performance with low insertion loss and stable impedance matching, making it suitable for miniature coaxial cable assemblies, wireless devices, and test systems.
The connector features a beryllium copper center contact and brass body with gold plating over nickel underplating for enhanced conductivity and long-term durability. A PTFE insulator helps maintain consistent electrical characteristics, while gold-plated brass coupling components and crimp ferrules support secure cable termination. The design is specifically compatible with RG178 and RG196 cables.
Its snap-lock coupling mechanism enables fast connection and disconnection while supporting more than 500 mating cycles.
