Description
SMA Jack (Female) Connector Solder Attachment | 2 Hole Flange Mount | Stub Terminal | 12.22mm (.481 inch) Hole Spacing | DC-18 GHz | VSWR 1.30
The SMA2GFA50-4140A/91 SMA female connector is a 4-hole flange mount RF connector designed for reliable microwave and high-frequency signal transmission. Featuring a solder attachment with a stub terminal structure, this connector supports DC to 18 GHz operation and is well suited for communication equipment, RF modules, and test systems requiring stable 50 Ohm performance.Designed for demanding RF applications, the connector provides a 50 Ω impedance, frequency coverage from DC to 18 GHz, and a VSWR of 1.30 or better. Its low insertion loss characteristics help maintain signal integrity, while high insulation resistance and dependable contact performance support consistent operation in critical environments.
The center contact is manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating, while the body uses gold-plated brass and a PTFE insulator. These materials enhance conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical durability, and long-term reliability through repeated mating cycles.
Typical applications include RF and microwave equipment, wireless infrastructure, antenna systems, laboratory test instruments, aerospace platforms, and other high-frequency electronic assemblies where compact SMA connectivity and dependable electrical performance are required.
