The ROSNOL SMA2FA50-1244B-EC/9Q is a precision SMA Jack (Female) straight bulkhead connector designed for 50 Ω RF interconnect applications. This ROSNOL Bulkhead Connector supports frequencies from DC to 18 GHz with a VSWR of ≤ 1.3 (Return Loss ≥ 17.69 dB) and insertion loss of ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB. The connector features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, solder attachment, stub terminal configuration, working voltage up to 480 V rms, power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz, and RF leakage of ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical performance includes a minimum of 100 mating cycles, recommended coupling torque of 0.5 Nm, and epoxy captivation for enhanced connector retention.
ROSNOL SMA2FA50-1244B-EC/9Q is manufactured with a brass center contact and stainless steel body, both finished with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The insulator is constructed from PTFE to provide stable dielectric performance across the specified frequency range. The bulkhead mounting design supports secure panel installation while maintaining reliable mechanical and electrical performance for high-frequency RF connectivity.
