Precision TNC Jack (Female) to Precision TNC Jack (Female) Adapter | Screw-On | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-PCT2PCT25B/93-93 is a precision TNC female-to-female adapter developed for 50 Ω RF and microwave systems. Covering DC to 18 GHz, it delivers VSWR ≤ 1.35, insertion loss ≤ 0.06 × √F (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.5 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ, and working voltage up to 500 V rms.

The adapter incorporates gold-plated beryllium copper center contacts with non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass bodies, PTFE insulators, and durable screw-on coupling interfaces. Beryllium copper provides excellent spring characteristics and contact reliability, while gold plating enhances conductivity and resistance to oxidation. Mechanical performance includes center contact captivation ≥ 15 N and more than 500 mating cycles.

Common uses include RF interconnect systems, microwave test equipment, telecom infrastructure, signal routing assemblies, and precision laboratory applications.
