2.92mm Plug (Male) | Soldered Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL K1E50-EZ0085A/91X is a high-performance 2.92mm Plug (Male) cable connector engineered for demanding RF and microwave interconnect systems. Designed with 50 Ω impedance and an operating frequency range from DC to 40 GHz, it delivers excellent electrical performance with VSWR ≤ 1.25 (Return Loss ≥ 19.08 dB) and low insertion loss. The connector utilizes a screw-lock coupling mechanism for secure mating, a plug-in center contact design, and a soldered cable entry configuration. Mechanical performance includes 500 mating cycles minimum, center contact retention of at least 20 N, and a recommended coupling torque of 0.57 Nm.

Its center contact is fabricated from beryllium copper and gold plated over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The connector body is manufactured from brass with gold plating, while the coupling nut is stainless steel with a passivated finish. A PEI insulator and silicone rubber gasket support reliable long-term performance. The connector is compatible with .085, .086, RG405, ROSNOL RSR-085, RSF-085, and EF405 cable types.
