The ROSNOL AD-N1M25A-BH/944-91 is a precision RF Bulkhead Adapter designed to interconnect N Plug (Male) and MCX Jack (Female) interfaces in 50 Ω systems. Operating from DC to 6 GHz, this adapter delivers excellent signal integrity with VSWR ≤ 1.20 (Return Loss ≥ 20.8 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. The bulkhead mounting design provides secure panel installation, while the N connector side features a screw-lock coupling mechanism and the MCX side utilizes a snap-lock interface. Mechanical durability is ensured with a minimum of 500 mating cycles and reliable contact performance for demanding RF and microwave applications.
The center contacts are manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The brass bodies feature gold plating on the MCX side and copper-tin-zinc alloy plating on the N side. PTFE insulators ensure stable dielectric properties across the operating frequency range, while silicone rubber gaskets enhance mechanical reliability.
