The ROSNOL SMA Plug (Male) to MMBX Plug (Male) Straight Adapter, model AD-A1BX15A/911-9H, is designed for compact RF interconnect applications requiring reliable signal transition between SMA and MMBX interfaces. Operating from DC to 12.4 GHz, this adapter features a controlled 50-ohm impedance and delivers stable electrical performance with a typical VSWR of ≤ 1.35, supporting consistent signal integrity across broadband frequencies.
The SMA side utilizes a screw-on coupling mechanism, while the MMBX side employs a snap-on interface, enabling quick connection in high-density assemblies. Both interfaces are rated for a minimum of 500 mating cycles. Electrical performance includes low insertion loss specified at ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB and controlled contact resistance on both interfaces to support reliable RF transmission.
The adapter is constructed with gold-plated beryllium copper center contacts and gold-plated brass and phosphor bronze bodies using non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating.
