SMA Jack | With Chain | Brass Body
The ROSNOL SMA2A00-1270A-100/-1 is an SMA jack protective cap intended to mechanically protect unmated SMA jack connectors by enclosing the connector opening and coupling interface. The screw-lock mechanism ensures secure fastening to the connector, supporting stable retention during handling or storage. An attached 100 mm chain helps retain the cap when disengaged, minimizing the potential for misplacement.The body is manufactured from brass with gold plating over a nickel underplate, providing reliable corrosion resistance and durable surface characteristics. The retaining chain is constructed from a copper–tin–zinc brass alloy, selected for its mechanical strength, flexibility, and resistance to wear.
