The ROSNOL SMA1A00-1270B-150/-11 is an SMA plug protective cap intended to mechanically protect unmated SMA plug connectors by covering the connector coupling interface and external threads. The screw-lock design provides stable mechanical attachment to the connector during handling or storage. This model utilizes a stainless steel wire rope chain with a length of 150 mm, supporting secure cap retention while allowing increased reach for repositioning. The structure is designed to support effective mechanical protection against dust, debris, and incidental mechanical impact.The body and coupling nut are manufactured from brass with gold plating over a nickel underplate, ensuring corrosion resistance and durable surface performance. A silicone rubber gasket is included to assist in sealing against particulate contamination at the connector interface. The stainless steel wire rope chain provides high durability, strength, and resistance to repeated mechanical stress.
