The ROSNOL SMA1A00-1270A-150/-XX is an SMA plug protective cap designed to provide mechanical protection for unmated SMA plug connectors by shielding the coupling threads and connector interface. The screw-lock mechanism ensures secure attachment to the connector, supporting stable retention during handling, transportation, or storage. An integrated chain with a length of 150 mm helps prevent cap loss when removed, while allowing sufficient reach for convenient repositioning. The structure is designed to maintain consistent mechanical fit and reliable protection.The cap body and coupling nut are manufactured from stainless steel with passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and long-term mechanical durability. A silicone rubber gasket is included to assist in limiting the ingress of dust and foreign particles into the connector area. The chain is constructed from a copper–tin–zinc brass alloy, offering a balanced combination of mechanical robustness and flexibility suitable for repeated use.
