Description

RN-RTW-PC-6-4 Precision Break-Over Torque Wrench | RF Connector Installation Tool

The RN-RTW-PC-6-4 precision torque wrench is constructed with a nickel-plated tool steel spanner and an aluminum handle, providing excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and controlled handling for precision RF connector assembly. Featuring a 6 mm (0.236 inch) width across flats and a compact mechanical structure, this tool is optimized for low-torque applications requiring accurate and repeatable tightening performance.

This model is designed for the installation of RPC1.0 RF connectors and applies a preset torque of 4 lb-in (0.5 Nm). It helps prevent over-tightening while ensuring reliable mechanical engagement and stable electrical performance, making it suitable for high-frequency measurement, laboratory use, and precision RF assembly environments.

ROSNOL’s RF tooling solutions are developed to support reliable and repeatable connector installation across RF and microwave systems. All ROSNOL tool products are manufactured under ISO 9001-certified quality management systems and fully comply with RoHS and REACH international regulations. ROSNOL also offers customization services for torque values, connector interfaces, and mechanical design to meet specific application and assembly requirements.
