The ROSNOL K1GFA50-1830A/9XX is a 2.92mm Plug (Male) panel-mounted RF connector designed for high-frequency signal transmission from DC to 40 GHz with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. This panel connector features a 4-hole flange mount with a hole spacing of 8.64 mm (0.340 inch), enabling secure mechanical attachment to equipment panels and RF enclosures. Electrical performance includes VSWR ≤ 1.20 (Return Loss ≥ 20.83 dB), low insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB, and a working voltage of 250 V rms, supporting reliable operation in precision RF systems.

The connector body is manufactured from passivated stainless steel to provide excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The center contact is fabricated from beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to ensure low contact resistance and stable RF performance. PEI and PTFE insulators are used to maintain dielectric stability, while a silicone rubber gasket enhances panel sealing integrity around the 4-hole flange structure.
