The ROSNOL DBIO-A1A25A-18G200V/9X-9X SMA DC Block is a high-performance inner and outer conductor DC block engineered for RF and microwave signal paths requiring effective DC isolation without degrading RF performance. Designed for operation from DC to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, this SMA Jack (Female) to SMA Jack (Female) DC block supports a DC voltage rating of 200 V while maintaining excellent signal integrity. Electrical performance includes VSWR ≤ 1.35 (Return Loss ≥ 16.54 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.8 dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and ultra-low contact resistance (center ≤ 3 mΩ, outer ≤ 2 mΩ). The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure mating with ≥ 500 mating cycles, making this SMA DC block suitable for both laboratory and field installations.This RF DC block is manufactured using gold-plated beryllium copper center contacts to provide stable electrical conductivity and long-term mating reliability. The stainless steel body with passivated finish offers excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh or high-reliability environments. A PTFE insulator is used to ensure low dielectric loss and consistent impedance across the entire frequency range. Mechanical specifications include a recommended coupling torque of 0.8–1.1 N·m (maximum 1.7 N·m) and robust center-contact captivation rated at ≥ 27 N axial and ≥ 3 N·cm radial, supporting stable RF performance under vibration and repeated mating.
