The ROSNOL PCA1E50-0141A/1QX is a precision SMA plug (male) straight connector designed for high-frequency 50 Ω RF cable assemblies operating from DC to 27 GHz. This connector features a screw-lock coupling mechanism to ensure stable mechanical engagement and reliable RF performance in precision measurement and microwave applications. A soldered cable entry combined with a soldered center contact provides secure cable termination and consistent impedance control. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.20 and low insertion loss characteristics, this connector is suitable for high-performance RF transmission requirements. Mechanical durability is supported by a minimum of 500 mating cycles and a recommended coupling torque range of 0.8 Nm to 1.1 Nm.The connector body is manufactured from stainless steel with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to provide excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The center contact is made of brass with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to ensure low contact resistance and stable electrical performance. A PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket support reliable dielectric properties and environmental sealing. The PCA1E50-0141A/1QX is compatible with .141 cables including ROSNOL RSR-141, RSF-141, RSF-141-FEP, and RG402/U.
