The ROSNOL SMA2C50-D178A/91 is a SMA jack (female) straight cable connector designed for 50 Ω RF cable assemblies operating from DC to 6 GHz. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, this connector provides secure mating and stable RF performance in general-purpose RF interconnect applications. A crimped cable entry combined with a soldered center contact ensures reliable cable termination and consistent impedance control. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.30 and a minimum mating life of 500 cycles, the connector is suitable for repeated connection use in RF systems.

The connector body is manufactured from brass with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to provide mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The center contact is made from beryllium copper with gold plating for stable electrical performance, while the crimp ferrule is brass with gold plating to support secure cable retention. A PTFE insulator maintains reliable dielectric properties. The SMA2C50-D178A/91 is designed for use with RD-178 cable.
