SMA Plug (Male) | Crimped Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body
The ROSNOL SMA Plug (Male) Straight Connector, model SMA1C50-G142A/1XX, is designed for stable RF signal transmission in broadband applications from DC to 6 GHz. This connector features a controlled 50-ohm impedance and delivers reliable electrical performance with a typical VSWR of ≤ 1.20, supporting low reflection and consistent signal integrity across the operating frequency range. Low insertion loss characteristics of ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB further support precision RF cable terminations.
The connector utilizes a straight, screw-on coupling mechanism and supports a minimum of 500 mating cycles. A crimped cable entry combined with a center contact that can be soldered or crimped ensures secure mechanical retention and repeatable assembly quality. Electrical contact resistance is tightly controlled, with center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. Rated power handling reaches up to 200 W at 2 GHz, making this connector suitable for demanding RF signal paths.
The SMA1C50-G142A/1XX features a passivated stainless steel body with a gold-plated brass center contact over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulation and silicone rubber sealing provide stable dielectric performance across an extended operating temperature range. This connector is suitable for use with RG-142, RG-223, and RG-400 coaxial cables, and is manufactured under ISO 9001-certified processes with full RoHS and REACH compliance.
