The ROSNOL SMA1E50-0085A/111 is a high-performance SMA plug (male) connector designed for solder attachment cable assemblies in 50 Ω RF systems. Featuring a screw-lock coupling mechanism, this connector provides secure mechanical engagement and stable electrical performance across a wide frequency range from DC to 18 GHz. The connector utilizes a soldered cable entry and a soldered center contact, making it suitable for precision semi-rigid and conformable cable terminations. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.20 and low insertion loss characteristics, the SMA1E50-0085A/111 supports excellent signal integrity in high-frequency applications. The connector is rated for a minimum of 500 mating cycles and operates with a recommended coupling torque of 0.57 Nm, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.The connector body, coupling nut, and center contact are manufactured from brass with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to enhance conductivity, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. A PTFE insulator is used to provide stable dielectric properties at high frequencies, while a silicone rubber gasket supports environmental sealing.
