The ROSNOL T1K50-TVAC533A-T1K50-1000A/6G is a 1000 mm [39.37 in] thermal‑vacuum‑rated RF cable assembly built with ROSNOL TVAC533A cable and terminated with two venting‑hole TNC Plug (Male) connectors. The design supports DC–6 GHz operation with a maximum VSWR of 1.25 (DC–4 GHz) and 1.45 (4–6 GHz). Insertion loss performance is specified as: ≤ 0.8 dB @DC–4 GHz and ≤ 0.9 dB @4–6 GHz. The manufacturing tolerances ensure the cable length remains accurate, allowing ±3 mm for lengths up to 300 mm and ±1% for longer assemblies.

This assembly uses solder‑clamp TNC connectors (P/N T1K50‑TVAC533A/9XX) together with heat shrink tubing HST‑B‑D6.4‑125C‑G (2 × 50 mm) for reinforcement and reliable cable marking. The venting‑hole connector structure ensures compatibility with vacuum environments requiring low outgassing.
