Non‑Magnetic TNC Plug (Male) to N Jack (Female) Adapter | Straight | Brass Body
The ROSNOL NMAD-T1N25B/144-94 is a non‑magnetic TNC plug (male) to N jack (female) straight adapter engineered for broadband links from DC to 11 GHz. Electrical performance includes 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, low insertion loss (≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz)), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and robust working voltage at 500 V rms, enabling accurate inter‑series transitions between TNC and N interfaces. Mechanically, both ends use screw‑lock coupling with ≥ 500 mating cycles; recommended torque is 0.46–0.69 Nm on the TNC side and 1.0 Nm on the N side, with axial contact captivation ≥ 28 N for secure retention.
Materials and plating are tailored for non‑magnetic performance: TNC side employs brass centre contacts with gold plating over a non‑magnetic nickel–phosphorus base, brass body and coupling nut finished with copper–tin–zinc alloy; N side uses beryllium‑copper centre contacts with the same gold over non‑magnetic underlayer and a brass body with copper–tin–zinc alloy plating. PTFE insulators and a silicone rubber gasket maintain dielectric and environmental stability. Applications include mixed‑standard test harnesses, system integration labs, and RF distribution panels where low magnetic signature and high repeatability are required.
Backed by ISO 9001‑certified manufacturing, ROSNOL emphasizes high‑frequency metrology, traceable materials, and process controls to ensure specification‑level results. Products are fully RoHS and REACH compliant and offer strong value versus leading international brands. Engineers can request tailored options—alternate platings, reinforced coupling geometries, or part‑specific tolerances—to align the adapter with unique environmental and integration constraints.
