Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, coupling test torque 1.70 Nm max, and recommended torque 0.9 Nm for secure and repeatable connections.Materials and Plating: centre contact—beryllium copper with gold plating (non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underplating); body—stainless steel, passivated; insulator—PTFE.
