Mechanical integrity includes screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N, center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N, coupling test torque 1.70 Nm max, and recommended torque 0.57 Nm for secure and repeatable connections.Materials and Plating: centre contact—brass with gold plating (non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underplating); body—brass with gold plating (non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underplating); insulator—PTFE; gasket—silicone rubber; coupling nut—brass with gold plating (non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underplating).
