The T-A15-18G1WA/944 is a robust coaxial termination load operating from DC to 8 GHz. With a 50 Ω impedance and a VSWR of ≤ 1.2, it provides stable and efficient signal termination. Built for longevity, the device utilizes a screw-lock mechanism and is rated for ≥ 500 mating cycles. Mechanical highlights include a coupling nut retention of ≥ 270 N and a center contact captivation of 20 N. The load is rated for 1 Watt average power at 25°C.The T-A15-18G1WA/944 features specialized surface treatments for enhanced durability. The center contact is Beryllium Copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate. The body and coupling nut are constructed from brass with a Copper-Tin-Zinc alloy (Tri-metal) plating. This plating offers superior protection against oxidation and maintains low intermodulation. It includes a PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket, making it suitable for diverse industrial and telecommunications applications.
