The ROSNOL MP-A15A27A-1G/9XX-9X impedance matching pad is designed to provide accurate impedance transition between SMA 50 Ω plug (male) and SMA 75 Ω jack (female) interfaces. Supporting a frequency range from DC to 1 GHz, this model delivers stable RF performance with a VSWR of ≤ 1.1 on the 50 Ω side (return loss ≥ 26.44 dB) and ≤ 1.15 on the 75 Ω side (return loss ≥ 23.13 dB). Insertion loss is specified at ≤ 5.7 dB in both transmission directions. The insulation resistance is rated at ≥ 5 GΩ. Average power handling reaches 0.7 W at 40 °C, with linear derating to 0 W at 125 °C for reliable thermal performance.The MP-A15A27A-1G/9XX-9X features a compact and robust mechanical structure optimized for secure mating. The center contact is manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are constructed from passivated stainless steel to ensure mechanical durability and corrosion resistance. PTFE is used as the insulator material to maintain stable dielectric characteristics, while a silicone rubber gasket enhances mechanical compliance. The screw-lock coupling mechanism supports ≥ 500 mating cycles, with an axial center contact captivation strength of ≥ 27 N. The allowable test torque is ≤ 1.7 Nm, with a recommended installation torque range of 0.8 Nm to 1.1 Nm.
