The ROSNOL FA-W1W25A-110G1W10/9XX-9X fixed attenuator operates from DC to 110 GHz with 50 Ω impedance and VSWR ≤ 1.60 (≥ 12.7 dB). It provides a nominal 10 dB attenuation with ±2 dB accuracy across DC–110 GHz and supports 1 W average input power at 25 °C. Insertion loss is specified as ≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz) dB, with insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure and repeatable interconnection with mating cycles ≥ 500, axial center-contact captivation ≥ 10 N, coupling test torque up to 0.7 Nm, and a recommended torque range of 0.3 to 0.41 Nm.Piece-part construction includes a beryllium copper center contact with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, a PEI insulator, and a silicone rubber gasket. This robust structure supports thermal and mechanical reliability across an operating temperature range of −40 °C to +85 °C.
