The ROSNOL FA-PCT1PCT25A-18G10W30/9XX-9X fixed attenuator is engineered for DC to 18 GHz operation at 50 Ω with VSWR ≤ 1.4. It provides 30 dB nominal attenuation with band-specific deviation: ±0.5 dB (DC–4 GHz), ±0.6 dB (4–8 GHz), ±0.7 dB (8–12.4 GHz), and ±1.0 dB (12.4–18 GHz). Insertion loss is specified as ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. The screw-lock coupling ensures reliable engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, center contact captivation ≥ 27 N, coupling test torque 1.70 Nm max, and recommended torque 0.46–0.69 Nm, supporting repeatable electrical performance across the band.

Piece-part construction features a beryllium copper (BeCu) center contact with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underplating (3 µinch Au over 80 µinch Ni–P), a passivated stainless steel body and coupling nut, PTFE insulator, and a silicone rubber gasket. A black anodized aluminum heatsink body enhances thermal management under sustained load. The materials stack provides corrosion resistance and dielectric stability across an operating temperature range of −65 °C to +160 °C.
