Description
Precision SMA Fixed Attenuator | Plug (Male) to Jack (Female) | 3 dB | 2 W Power Handling | Screw-Lock | Passivated Stainless Steel Body with Gold-Plated BeCu Contact
The ROSNOL FA-PCA1PCA25A-27G2W3/9XX-9X precision SMA fixed attenuator operates from DC to 27 GHz with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. It delivers a nominal attenuation of 3 dB and supports 2 W average power handling at 25 °C. VSWR is ≤ 1.25 from DC to 18 GHz and ≤ 1.30 from 18 to 27 GHz. Maximum attenuation deviation is specified as ±0.40 dB from DC to 18 GHz and ±0.60 dB from 18 to 27 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure mating, stable electrical contact, and reliable mechanical performance across repeated connections. The internal construction utilizes a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over a nickel underplating to achieve low contact resistance and long-term durability. The connector body and coupling nut are manufactured from passivated stainless steel, while a PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket provide stable dielectric performance and environmental reliability across an operating temperature range of −55 °C to +125 °C.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF attenuators are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. Offering consistent electrical performance, robust construction, and competitive pricing, ROSNOL attenuators provide a reliable alternative to leading European and American RF component brands. Customization services for attenuation values, materials, plating systems, and mechanical configurations are available to support specialized RF and microwave applications.
