The ROSNOL FA-PCA1PCA25A-27G1W6/9XX-9X precision SMA fixed attenuator operates from DC to 27 GHz with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω and VSWR ≤ 1.3. It provides a nominal attenuation of 6 dB with a deviation of ±0.5 dB at 27 GHz and supports 1 W average power handling at 25 °C. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure mating with coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N, center contact captivation (axial) ≥ 20 N, and a minimum of 500 mating cycles, delivering reliable electrical and mechanical performance for RF systems.

The attenuator integrates a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underplating (3 µinch Au over 80 µinch Ni–P) to maintain low contact resistance and long-term signal stability. The connector body and coupling nut are manufactured from passivated stainless steel, while a black anodized aluminum heatsink body enhances thermal dissipation. A PTFE insulator and silicone rubber gasket provide stable dielectric performance and corrosion resistance across an operating temperature range of −55 °C to +125 °C.
