The ROSNOL FA-N2N25A-10G500W20/9X-9X is a precision-engineered fixed attenuator designed for high-power RF and microwave applications up to DC to 10 GHz. This N-type attenuator provides a nominal attenuation of 20 dB with an attenuation deviation of −4 dB / +3 dB, delivering controlled signal reduction at very high power levels. Rated for 500 watts average power with VSWR ≤ 1.35 (Return Loss ≥ 16.5 dB), it ensures stable impedance matching across wideband frequencies. The screw-lock coupling mechanism supports secure installation and repeatable mechanical performance.

Constructed with a passivated stainless steel body, this attenuator features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal electrical conductivity and long-term durability. PTFE insulation provides excellent dielectric performance, while a silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. An aluminum heat sink with black anodized finish improves thermal dissipation under continuous power load. Mechanical specifications include ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling nut retention ≥ 450 N, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, and a maximum coupling torque of 1.70 Nm. The operating temperature range is −55°C to +125°C.
