ROSNOL FA-K1K25A-40G20W30/9XX-9X is a 2.92 mm fixed attenuator designed for precision RF applications, operating from DC to 40 GHz at 50 Ω impedance with VSWR ≤ 1.3 (≥ 17.7 dB return loss). It handles 20 W average power at 25 °C and up to 125 W peak under pulsed conditions. Nominal attenuation accuracy for 30 dB varies by band: ±1.5 dB up to 30 GHz and −1.5/+2.5 dB at 30–40 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm and durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Center contact captivation meets axial ≥ 20 N and radial ≥ 0.01 Nm requirements. Temperature range −55 °C to +125 °C.The center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while silicone rubber gaskets provide environmental sealing. This construction ensures long-term reliability and thermal stability in demanding RF environments.
