ROSNOL FA-K1K25A-40G10W10/9XX-9X is a 2.92 mm fixed attenuator supporting DC to 40 GHz at 50 Ω impedance with VSWR ≤ 1.35. It handles 10 W average power at 25 °C and up to 200 W peak under pulsed conditions. Nominal attenuation accuracy for 10 dB is −0.8 / +1.0 dB. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure engagement with recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm and test torque up to 1.70 Nm. Mating durability is rated for ≥ 500 cycles, and center contact captivation meets axial and radial strength requirements. Operating temperature range is −55 °C to +125 °C.

The center contact uses beryllium copper with gold plating for superior electrical performance. Stainless steel body and coupling nut are passivated for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PEI for high thermal stability. Silicone rubber gaskets ensure environmental sealing, and the aluminum heatsink features black anodization for effective heat management. This construction guarantees long-term reliability in demanding RF environments.
