ROSNOL FA-K1K25A-40G10W3/9XX-9X is a 2.92 mm fixed attenuator designed for high-frequency applications, operating from DC to 40 GHz at 50 Ω impedance with VSWR ≤ 1.35 (≥ 16.5 dB return loss). It handles 10 W average power at 25 °C and up to 200 W peak (5 μs pulse width, 5% duty cycle). Nominal attenuation accuracy for 3 dB is −0.8 / +1.0 dB. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure connection with recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm and durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Center contact captivation meets axial ≥ 20 N and radial ≥ 0.01 Nm requirements. Temperature range −55 °C to +125 °C.The center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating for excellent conductivity, while the body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish for corrosion resistance. The insulator is PEI for thermal stability, and silicone rubber gaskets provide sealing. An aluminum heatsink with black anodization enhances heat dissipation. These materials and finishes ensure durability and reliable performance across harsh environments.
