The ROSNOL AD-B1N27A/144-94 is a precision adapter that combines a BNC male plug and an N-type female jack for versatile RF interconnect solutions from DC to 1 GHz. It maintains 75 Ω impedance, insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, and supports working voltage up to 400 V RMS. The mixed coupling mechanism (bayonet-lock for BNC and screw-lock for N) ensures secure engagement and supports ≥500 mating cycles for consistent performance.
Centre contacts are beryllium copper and brass with gold plating over a nickel underlayer, while bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties, and silicone rubber gaskets enhance environmental sealing.
