The ROSNOL AD-EIA618EIA3185A/G3-G3 is a precision EIA adapter that connects an EIA 6-1/8" flange to an EIA 3-1/8" flange for high-power RF transmission from DC to 860 MHz. It offers 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.07 (≥29.4 dB return loss), and dielectric withstanding voltage up to 16,000 V RMS. Average power handling reaches 5 kW at 860 MHz, with peak power up to 220 kW. Both sides support ≥100 mating cycles for long-term durability.
Centre contacts are phosphor bronze with silver plating for superior conductivity, while bodies are brass with nickel plating. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric stability, and silicone gaskets ensure environmental sealing. Stainless steel hardware is included for secure flange mounting.
