The ROSNOL AD-W1W25A/9XX-9X is engineered for DC to 110 GHz operation at 50 Ω. VSWR performance is specified at ≥15 dB to 50 GHz and ≥12 dB from 75 GHz to 110 GHz, with insertion loss ≤0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical characteristics include center contact resistance ≤4 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, working voltage 150 V rms, and RF leakage ≥90 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling provides ≥500 mating cycles with maximum torque of 0.70 Nm and recommended torque of 0.35 Nm.

Materials include beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating, a passivated stainless‑steel body, PEI insulators, and a passivated stainless‑steel coupling nut with silicone rubber gasket—selected for corrosion resistance and mechanical durability within a −55°C to +125°C operating range; RoHS compliant.
