The ROSNOL AD-T5T25A/H44-H4 supports DC to 11 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance with VSWR ≤ 1.25 (≥19.08 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical parameters include insulation resistance ≤ 5 mΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.5 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ, test voltage 1500 V rms, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling ≤ 80 W @ 2 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥15 N, and recommended torque between 0.46 Nm and 0.69 Nm.

Materials include phosphor bronze center contacts with gold plating (3 µinch) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (80 µinch), a Brass Copper-Tin-Zinc Alloy body, PTFE insulators, silicone rubber gaskets, and a Brass Copper-Tin-Zinc Alloy coupling nut. These materials ensure corrosion resistance and thermal stability across −65°C to +155°C.
