The ROSNOL AD-T2T25A/H4-H4 is a straight TNC jack-to-jack adapter specified for DC to 11 GHz operation at 50 Ω. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.25 (≥19.08 dB return loss) with insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical parameters include insulation resistance ≤ 5 mΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.5 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ, test voltage 1500 V rms, working voltage 500 V rms, and power handling ≤ 80 W @ 2 GHz. The screw-lock coupling delivers secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥15 N, and a recommended torque of 0.46–0.69 Nm.

Piece parts comprise phosphor bronze center contacts with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating (80 µinch), a Brass Copper-Tin-Zinc Alloy body, and PTFE insulators. This construction provides corrosion resistance and reliable thermal stability from −65°C to +155°C.
