TNC Plug (Male) to TNC Jack (Female) Adapter | Straight Design | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-T1T25A/944-94 is a straight TNC plug-to-jack adapter engineered for DC to 11 GHz operation at 50 Ω impedance. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.25 (≥19.08 dB return loss), insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and supports test voltage up to 1500 V rms and working voltage of 500 V rms. Power handling capability is ≤80 W at 2 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with ≥500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥15 N, and recommended torque between 0.46 Nm and 0.69 Nm for reliable mechanical performance.

Piece parts include beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (100 µinch), a Brass Copper-Tin-Zinc Alloy body, PTFE insulators, silicone rubber gaskets, and a Brass Copper-Tin-Zinc Alloy coupling nut. These materials provide excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability across -55°C to +155°C.
