The ROSNOL AD-PCA2PCA25B/93-93 is a precision RF adapter supporting DC to 27GHz with impedance 50Ω, VSWR ≤1.15, and insertion loss ≤0.04×√F(GHz)dB. It offers insulation resistance ≥5GΩ, center contact resistance ≤3mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤2mΩ, test voltage 1000Vrms, working voltage 480Vrms, and power handling ≤200W@2GHz. RF leakage ≥100dB to 1GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures strong retention, coupling nut retention ≥270N, center-contact captivation axial ≥20N and radial ≥3N·cm, with mechanical durability of ≥500 mating cycles. Recommended torque: 0.9Nm. Temperature range: −55°C to +165°C.

Centre contacts are beryllium copper gold plated (3µin) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (80µin). Body and coupling nut are brass nickel plated. Insulator PTFE. The plating stack delivers high corrosion resistance and stable electrical characteristics over the rated temperature range.
