The ROSNOL AD-PCA1PCA15A/9XX-9XX is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 27 GHz operation with impedance 50 Ω, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F(GHz) dB. It provides insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ, test voltage 1000 V rms, working voltage 480 V rms, and power handling ≤ 200 W @ 2 GHz. RF leakage ≥ 100 dB to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure retention, coupling nut retention ≥ 270 N, center-contact captivation axial ≥ 20 N and radial ≥ 3 N·cm, with mechanical durability of ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended torque: 0.9 Nm. Temperature range: −55 °C to +165 °C.

Centre contacts are beryllium copper gold plated (3 µin) over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating (80 µin). Body and coupling nut are stainless steel passivated. Insulator PTFE/PEI; gasket silicone rubber. This construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and stable electrical performance across the specified temperature range.
