The ROSNOL AD-P7SP7S5A/9XX-9XX is a precision RF adapter designed for high-power and high-frequency applications. It operates from DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.29 (≥ 28 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 1000 V rms, test voltage 2500 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 120 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure engagement with mating cycles ≥ 500 and torque specifications of ≤ 1.95 Nm (recommended 1.36 Nm).

Materials and plating are optimized for durability: centre contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body and coupling nut in stainless steel passivated; insulator in PS. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
