The ROSNOL AD-P2P25D/99-99 is a precision SMP adapter designed for high-frequency RF applications. It supports DC to 26.5 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.43 (≥ 15 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 335 V rms, test voltage 500 V rms, RF leakage ≥ 85 dB up to 4 GHz, and power handling up to 65 W at 2.2 GHz. The snap-lock coupling ensures quick engagement and mechanical durability with mating cycles: full detent ≥ 100, smooth bore ≥ 500, and catchers mitt ≥ 1000. Engagement force ranges from ≤ 68 N for full detent to ≤ 9 N for smooth bore, while disengagement force ranges from ≥ 22 N to ≥ 2.2 N.

Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: centre contact and body in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; insulator in PTFE. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +155°C.
