The ROSNOL AD-P2P25C-BMI2350/99-99 is a high-performance SMP adapter for precision RF applications. It supports DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.50 (≥ 13.98 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.12 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 335 V rms, dielectric withstanding voltage 500 V rms, RF leakage ≥ 85 dB up to 4 GHz, and power handling up to 65 W at 2.2 GHz. The blindmate interconnect design ensures self-adjusting alignment and mechanical durability with mating cycles: smooth bore and catchers mitt ≥ 1000, limited detent ≥ 500, full detent ≥ 100. Engagement force ranges from ≤ 68 N for full detent to ≤ 9 N for smooth bore, while disengagement force ranges from ≥ 22 N to ≥ 2.2 N.

Materials and plating are engineered for reliability: centre contact and body in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; sleeve and spring in stainless steel passivated; insulator in PTFE. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +155°C.
