The ROSNOL AD-N1N15A/043-043 is a precision N-type adapter designed for RF and microwave applications. It supports DC to 11 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.12 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, working voltage 500 V rms, power handling up to 1000 W at 1 GHz and 700 W at 2 GHz, and RF leakage ≥ 128 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles, with recommended torque 0.7–1.1 Nm and test torque ≤ 1.7 Nm.Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: centre contact in brass with silver plating; body in brass with copper–tin–zinc alloy finish; insulator in PTFE; gasket in silicone rubber; coupling nut in brass with nickel finish. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C.
