The ROSNOL AD-MX2MX25A/91-91 is a high-performance MMCX adapter for precision RF applications. It supports DC to 6 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.30 (≥ 17.7 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, working voltage 335 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 70 dB up to 1 GHz. The bayonet-lock coupling ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles, with coupling nut retention ≥ 450 N and center contact captivation ≥ 18 N.
Materials and plating are engineered for reliability: centre contact in beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body in brass with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; insulator in PTFE; coupling nut in brass with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
