The ROSNOL AD-MV2MV25A/H3-H3 is a precision MHV adapter designed for high-voltage RF applications. It supports DC to 300 MHz with 50 Ω impedance, insertion loss ≤ 0.1 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Electrical integrity includes test voltage 5000 V rms, working voltage 1600 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. The bayonet-lock coupling ensures secure engagement and mechanical durability for ≥ 500 mating cycles, with coupling nut retention ≥ 450 N and center contact captivation ≥ 18 N.

Materials and plating are optimized for reliability: centre contact in phosphor bronze with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating; body in brass with nickel finish; insulator in PTFE. The adapter offers corrosion resistance and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
